  • About receipts

You can open a Market order after placing it to see its status, order number, items, delivery date when available, updates, and total.

Who this is for: Residents signed in to the URBI app who have placed a Market order.

Open your order history

From the order confirmation screen, tap View Order History. You can also open your order history from elsewhere in the app when it is available to you.

Each order card shows its name, order number, status, property, unit, date, subtotal, tax, and total. Tap an order card to open it.

Check the order status

The Market order detail page shows the vendor name, Order #, and the current status at the top. Status wording comes from the order, such as Confirmed, Out for Delivery, or Delivered.

The first confirmation screen tells you that each vendor will review and confirm the order. If an order includes more than one vendor, each vendor has its own order summary and may update separately.

Review the order details

The detail page can show:

  • Order date.
  • Delivery date, when it is available.
  • Each item, quantity, price, and any item note or selected options.
  • Order Updates from the vendor, when available.
  • Subtotal, tax, and total.

Contact URBI about an order

The Market order detail page has a Chat with us button. It opens your device's email app with the order number and vendor already included, so you can write your message.

About receipts

For a Market order, use the confirmation screen, the email confirmation, and the order detail page to review the purchase. The Market flow does not show a separate receipt button or dedicated Market receipt page in the app.
