Use Building Documents to browse the files your building has made available to you, including files organized in folders.
Who this is for: residents using the URBI app. You need to be registered to a building in the app.
The Documents screen starts at Building Documents. It shows the number of folders and documents at the current level.
Tap a folder to see what is inside. The path near the top of the screen shows where you are. Tap an earlier name in that path to return to that folder, or use the back arrow to move up one level.
Folders and files appear alphabetically, with folders first.
Tap a file marked Available to open it on your device. The file may be a PDF, Word document, spreadsheet, presentation, image, text file, or another file type.
URBI opens the file using your device's available app or browser. The Documents screen does not have a separate in-app Download button. If you need to save a copy, use the save or download option offered by the app or browser that opens the file.
You only see documents that your building has made available for your building and, where relevant, your unit. If a folder is empty, the app says No documents found in this folder.
Pull down on the list to refresh it. If a file is marked Processing, it is not ready to open yet.
