How to Use Your Digital ID Card
Your Digital ID card shows a QR code, your property, photo, and name to verify your identity for building access, opened from "Open Your Profile Card" on the Profile tab.

Your Digital ID card is a quick way to verify your identity for building access, right from your phone.
Who can use it: All residents using the URBI mobile app.
1. Open your Digital ID
On the Profile tab, tap "Open Your Profile Card." This opens a modal titled with the subtitle "Digital ID for building access."
2. What it shows
Your Digital ID card displays:
A QR code
Your property name
A "RESIDENT ID CARD" label
Your avatar
Your name
Your Digital ID card:
DIGITAL ID FOR BUILDING ACCESS
Maple Terrace Residences
Jane Doe
RESIDENT ID CARD
What it's for
Present the QR code to building staff or scan it at access points to verify your identity for building access, the same way you would show a physical ID card.
