  • Take a quick tour of Home

  • Keep Home up to date

Use this guide to sign in and get familiar with the Home screen. URBI shows information and services for the home currently selected in your account.

Who this is for: residents with a URBI account. You need the email address and password for that account.

  1. Open URBI and enter your email and password on the Sign In screen.
  2. Tap Sign In.
  3. After you sign in, URBI opens Home.

New to URBI? Accounts are created from an invitation. If you received one, use the email address that received the invitation when you sign up. URBI checks that email before it lets you continue.

Take a quick tour of Home

At the top of Home, you will see your name and the Home heading. Below that, URBI may show building announcements or banners.

Use the category row to view information for your selected home:

  • News shows building news. You can turn on Prioritize Urgent News to show urgent news first.
  • Events appears when your building has events enabled.
  • Parking appears when parking is available in your building.
  • Packages shows package updates.
  • Bookings appears when amenity bookings are available in your building.
  • Visitors shows visitor information and lets you start a visitor request.

Some categories may not appear because that service is not enabled for your building.

Open your profile

Use the profile area in the app navigation to open your profile. From there, you can update your details, select another home if you have more than one, open Unit Registrations, and open Settings.

Keep Home up to date

Pull down on the Home screen to refresh it. This refreshes your profile and the current Home feed.
