Arthur is the assistant inside URBI. Use it to ask questions about your building and get help finding information or starting common resident tasks.
Who this is for: residents using the URBI app at a building where Arthur is available.
Open Messages, then tap the Arthur conversation for the building you want. Arthur appears at the top of Messages with an Always pinned label.
If you belong to more than one building, each building can have its own Arthur conversation. Arthur only appears for buildings where it has been enabled.
Keep your question specific. For example, ask about an upcoming event, a policy, or a booking you need to make.
Arthur offers quick topics above the message field, including Report an issue, Book a [amenity], Upcoming events, My packages, Register parking, Latest news, and Policies. Tap one to put that request into the message field.
Tap See all to open What Arthur Can Do. It includes prompts for maintenance and service tickets, amenities and bookings, events, packages, parking, visitors, building information, and contacting the management team.
Arthur can help you ask about, find, or begin tasks related to the topics listed in What Arthur Can Do. It can also point you toward building news, policies, procedures, and documents.
Arthur is a chat assistant, not a replacement for an existing conversation with your property team. If you need to write directly to a person, use Messages and start a new conversation.
The app can show a retry option if a message to Arthur does not send. You can try again from that message.
