You can open an upcoming amenity booking to change its date, time, or available optional items. You can also cancel an upcoming booking in the app.
Who this is for: residents using the URBI app who have an upcoming amenity booking.
Open your bookings list in URBI and tap the amenity booking you want to manage.
To cancel directly from the list, use the booking's swipe action when it is available. You can also open the booking and use the cancellation option.
Select a new available date or time, or update available optional items. URBI checks the change and shows the result before you complete it.
If the booking starts within 48 hours, URBI shows "Edit window closed" and asks you to contact management to make changes.
When a change succeeds, URBI shows "Booking updated" and "Your changes have been saved."
Choose "Cancel Booking" and confirm with "Yes, Cancel." URBI closes the booking when the cancellation succeeds.
From order details, the app shows "Cancel Order" when the booking begins more than 48 hours away. Closer to the booking, it shows "Request Refund." The app does not show a refund amount or promise a refund for a cancellation on that screen.
For a booking change that produces a refund, URBI first shows "Processing refund." It says you will be notified by push notification and email when the refund is confirmed. Once confirmed, the app says the refund was returned to your original payment method.
If URBI cannot fully process the refund, it says the team has been notified and offers "Contact support."
Deposits are described in the booking screen as temporarily held and refunded after the booking if no damages occur. The app does not state a cancellation-specific deposit refund rule. Contact building management for that policy.
