If more than one property or unit is connected to your URBI account, you can switch between them from Profile. This article explains how to change your selection and what updates afterward.

Who this is for: Residents signed in to the URBI app with two or more property-and-unit choices connected to their account.

Open your Profile

Tap Profile in the bottom menu.

Your current selection appears as the property name followed by the unit number, for example, Property name - Unit 101.

If only one property and unit is connected to your account, the selector is disabled and there is no arrow to open it.

Choose a property and unit

  1. Tap your current property and unit.
  2. In Select Property & Unit, find the property you want.
  3. Tap the correct Unit row under that property.

Your current choice has a checkmark beside it.

The app switches immediately. There is no Save button or confirmation step. It closes the list and takes you to Home.

To leave without switching, tap the X or use your device's back button.

What changes after you switch

The app refreshes the information for your selected property and unit. When you switch to a different property, the bottom menu also updates to match the features that building offers.

For example, Amenities or Market may appear at one property but not another. Quick actions can also change based on what is available at the selected building.

The app remembers your selection on this device. If that property or unit is no longer connected to your account, the app selects another available property and unit.

If you cannot choose another property or unit

If the selector does not open, only one property-and-unit choice is currently connected to your account. Contact your property manager if you believe another home or unit should be available.
