Common questions about the Profile tab, your profile information, and notification settings.
Who can use it: All residents using the URBI mobile app.
Your email address is always read-only in the app. Tapping it in "My Profile" shows an alert: "Unable to Edit Email", "To change your email address, please contact your building administrator." See "How to Edit Your Profile."
The selector is only tappable if you have more than one unit or property associated with your account. If you have just one unit, it's shown for reference but isn't tappable. See "How to Switch Property or Unit."
Service Tickets ("Request maintenance") is not shown on all plans, it's hidden on the BASIC plan. If you believe your building should have this feature, contact your building administrator.
Board Decisions ("Vote on board decisions") is only visible to board members. If you're not on your building's board, this menu item won't appear.
If your Push Notifications toggle shows "Blocked in iOS Settings," tap it, this opens your phone's Settings app, where you can re-enable notifications for URBI. See "How to Manage Notification Preferences."
No, deleting your account and changing your password aren't available in the app. Contact your building administrator or URBI support for help with either.
On the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom and tap the red outline Sign Out button. This signs you out and returns you to the login screen. See "Overview: Your Profile."
