Step by step instructions for Outlook.com, Hotmail, and Live users to mark URBI emails as not junk and add myurbi.co to their safe senders list.

If your email address ends in @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, or @live.com and you are not seeing emails from your building, this guide will fix it. Sometimes these email services put our messages in a folder called Junk Email instead of your inbox. The steps below tell the service that our emails are safe.
Go slowly and do one step at a time. Doing both parts below gives you the best result.
Open your web browser and go to www.outlook.com. Sign in if it asks.
Look down the left side of the screen for a list of folders like Inbox, Junk Email, Deleted. Click Junk Email.
Find any email from your building or from an address ending in @myurbi.co.
Right click on that email. (Right click means press the button on the right side of your mouse. If you are on a laptop touchpad, press it with two fingers at the same time.)
A small menu appears. Click Mark as not junk. If you see Report first, hover over it and then choose Not junk.
The email moves to your inbox. This is the most important step.
This tells Outlook to always keep our emails out of the Junk folder.
At the very top right of the screen, click the gear icon (it looks like a small cog or wheel). This opens Settings.
In the Settings window, click Mail, then click Junk email.
Find the section called Safe senders and domains. Click the Add button there.
Type myurbi.co and press the Enter key.
Click Save at the bottom of the window.
Done. Our emails will now always arrive in your inbox.
Open the Outlook app.
Tap the menu (usually the icon in the top left, or your picture/initials).
Find and tap the Junk Email folder.
Tap to open any email from @myurbi.co.
Tap the three dots at the top right of the email.
Tap Move to focused inbox or Not junk.
If your Outlook address is given to you by your job or company (rather than one you signed up for yourself), the filter may be controlled by your company's IT department, and the steps above may not be enough. In that case, see our separate guide called Work or corporate email, which gives you a short message you can forward to your IT team.
Tell your property manager the exact email address you are checking, and we will look it up on our side and tell you what is happening.
