How to see your packages

Use All Packages to see packages recorded for your unit, including packages still waiting and packages already picked up.

Who this is for: residents using the URBI app. Packages appear only after your building has recorded them.

Check packages waiting for pickup

Open All Packages. If you have packages that are not yet picked up, the top of the screen shows Pending Packages and the number waiting.

Each package shows its delivery service, tracking ID, status, and received date. A status can include Received or Ready for Pickup.

Review package history

Scroll to Package History to see packages marked as Picked Up. The card shows who picked up the package and the pickup date.

Pull down on the screen to refresh. Scroll farther down to load more history when available.

What you can do in the app

The app displays package information only. It does not include a button to mark a package collected, request pickup, or contact the package room. Follow your building's usual pickup process.

If you do not see an expected package, it may not have been recorded for your unit yet.
