If you can't pay an invoice, it's usually because card payments are temporarily unavailable, or you don't have a default card saved yet. How to resolve each.

If you can't pay an invoice, it's usually one of the two situations below. Each is easy to resolve.
Symptom: The slide-to-pay track is greyed out and reads "Card payments are temporarily unavailable, Please try again later or contact support." You can't slide it.
What it means: Card payments have been paused for the moment. This is a temporary, system-wide state, it isn't a problem with your card or your account.
What to do: Wait a little while and try again later. Your invoice is still open and nothing has changed on your account. If it stays unavailable and you need to pay urgently, contact support.
Symptom: Instead of a slide-to-pay track, an open invoice shows "Add payment method to enable Quick Pay" with a Pay button.
What it means: You don't have a default card saved yet, so the quick slide-to-pay isn't available.
What to do: Either add a payment method to turn on slide-to-pay, or tap Pay to open the full payment screen and pay this invoice now. Once you save a card, future open invoices will show the slide-to-pay track automatically.
