Step by step instructions for Yahoo Mail users to mark URBI emails as not spam, add us as a contact, and filter our emails to the inbox.

If your email address ends in @yahoo.com and you are not seeing emails from your building, this guide will fix it. Sometimes Yahoo puts our messages in a folder called Spam instead of your inbox. The steps below tell Yahoo that our emails are safe.
Take your time and do one step at a time. Doing both parts gives you the best result.
Open your web browser and go to www.yahoo.com, then click Mail in the top right corner. Sign in if it asks.
Look down the left side of the screen for a list of folders. Click Spam.
Find any email from your building or from an address ending in @myurbi.co.
To the left of that email there is a small empty square (a checkbox). Click it once so a checkmark appears.
Along the top, click the button that says Not Spam.
The email moves to your inbox, and future emails from us will be delivered there too. This is the most important step.
Yahoo treats anyone saved in your contacts as a trusted sender, so this is the strongest thing you can do.
Open any email from us (now in your inbox).
At the top of the email, move your mouse over our name or email address.
Click Add to contacts (it may show as a small person icon with a plus sign), then click Save.
Open the Yahoo Mail app.
Tap the menu icon (three lines, usually top left) and tap Spam.
Tap and hold an email from @myurbi.co until checkmarks appear, or open the email.
Tap the Not Spam button (it may be at the bottom of the screen or under the three dots).
To also save us as a contact, open one of our emails, tap our name at the top, and choose Add to contacts.
Tell your property manager the exact email address you are checking, and we will look it up on our side and tell you what is happening.
