If you're associated with more than one unit, tap the Property & Unit row on the Profile tab to switch; app content updates to the selected unit. Single-unit residents see it as read-only.

If you're associated with more than one unit, you can switch between them right from the Profile tab.
Who can use it: Residents with more than one unit or property associated with their account.
On the Profile tab, below the header card, you'll see a row showing either "Select Property & Unit" or "{Property} - Unit {label}," depending on whether you've already selected a unit.
If you only have one unit, this row is not tappable, it simply displays your unit. See "FAQ: Your Profile" for why the selector might be disabled for you.
Tap the Property & Unit row. If you have multiple units, this opens a "Select Property & Unit" modal, with your units grouped by property.
The Select Property & Unit modal:
Select Property & Unit
Maple Terrace Residences
Unit 204
Unit 305
Harborview Commons
Unit 12B
Tap the unit you want to switch to. This immediately switches your active unit, and the app's content (packages, tickets, documents, etc.) updates to reflect the newly selected unit.
Loading properties..., shown briefly while your properties are being fetched.
Failed to load properties, shown if the list couldn't be retrieved; try again or check your connection.
No properties found, shown if no properties are associated with your account.
See "Overview: Your Profile" for where this selector sits relative to the rest of the Profile tab.
