If a charge on your home screen is past its due date, URBI marks it clearly so it's easy to spot and pay. This article explains what that marking means.
Who this is for: residents using the URBI app or portal.
Your Upcoming Charges list always shows overdue charges first, ahead of anything not yet due. Each one carries a badge telling you how many days late it is, and the due date line reads "Was due" instead of showing a future date.
The amount on an overdue charge is shown in red so it stands out from the rest of the list.
Tap the charge to open it and pay the same way you would any other charge. The only difference is that the early-payment shortcut isn't offered on a charge that's already overdue, since there's no "early" left to pay.
If you're not sure why a charge is overdue, or you believe it was already paid, contact your property team from the app.
