The Profile tab is where you manage your personal information, notification preferences, digital ID, and access support resources. It's your home base for everything related to your account and your unit.
Who can use it: All residents using the URBI mobile app.
At the top of the Profile tab is a dark header "bubble" showing your avatar, first and last name (your email is shown if your name isn't set), your email address, and your occupant-type badge (Owner, Resident, Property Manager, etc.). Tapping the bubble opens the "My Profile" edit screen, see "How to Edit Your Profile."
The Profile tab header card:

Jane Doe jane.doe@email.com RESIDENT |
Long-pressing the avatar directly on the Profile tab opens your photo library and immediately uploads and saves a new profile photo, without needing to open the edit screen.
Below the header, a row shows either "Select Property & Unit" or "{Property} - Unit {label}." If you only have one unit, this row is not tappable. If you have multiple units, tapping it opens a selection modal. See "How to Switch Property or Unit."
The "Open Your Profile Card" row opens your Digital ID card, used to verify your identity for building access. See "How to Use Your Digital ID Card."
Board Decisions, "Vote on board decisions." Only visible to board members.
Unit Registrations, "Manage your registrations."
Purchase History, "View your transactions."
All Packages, "Track deliveries."
Service Tickets, "Request maintenance." Not shown on all plans (hidden on the BASIC plan).
Visitors, "Schedule and manage visitors."
Building Documents, "Access important files."
Settings, "App preferences." See "Settings, Help and Support."
Pull down on the Profile tab to refresh your profile information.
At the bottom of the tab, a red outline button with a log-out icon signs you out and returns you to the login screen. See "FAQ: Your Profile" for details.
