This article covers three features that sit on top of individual reports rather than being reports themselves: the AI CFO narrative panel, the branded PDF export, and the Generate Statements batch tool.
Plan: PREMIUM only.
On applicable reports, a panel appears in the top-right corner labelled AI CFO. When you open or refresh the report, the panel generates a plain-English narrative that explains the numbers and the operating story behind them, what drove the variances, what looks unusual, and what the period results mean in context.
How it works:
If you are not on PREMIUM: The AI CFO panel shows an upsell prompt in place of the narrative. The rest of the report functions normally.
Panel states at a glance:
| State | What you see |
|---|---|
| Idle | "Generate narrative" button |
| Generating | Spinner with estimated time |
| Narrative ready | Plain-English analysis with thumbs up/down |
| Throttled (already generated today) | Cached narrative + "Last generated" timestamp |
| Figures only (no narrative yet) | Report data loads; panel prompts you to generate |
| Non-PREMIUM | Upsell prompt |

Every report has an Export PDF button in the top toolbar. Clicking it produces a branded PDF using a standardized letterhead that carries both the property's branding and the management company's branding.
What the PDF includes:
Portrait vs landscape: The PDF format is chosen automatically based on the report's width.
Logo fallback: If no logo has been uploaded for the property or management company, URBI renders a circle with initials (e.g., "MB" for "Maple Building"). The PDF still looks clean and professional.

PDF states:
The Generate Statements button appears at the bottom of the Reports sidebar. It produces per-billing-account statement PDFs for a date range you specify, then bundles all of them into a single downloadable ZIP file.
When to use it: End-of-month or end-of-year owner/tenant statement runs, or any time you need to distribute individualized financial summaries to multiple billing accounts at once.
How to use it:
If you are in "All Properties" view, the Generate Statements button is greyed out with a tooltip explaining that you need to select a specific property first.
