A departing owner usually isn't the only person on the account. There can be other people tied to the same household, for example a spouse or another authorized account holder.
When you settle a transfer, URBI shows you a Departing account family card. The main departing account is listed first, already marked as leaving with this transfer. Underneath it, every other person tied to that household is listed too, each with their own current balance and a toggle next to their name.
Toggle someone on to mark them as also leaving with this transfer. Their balance then gets folded into the settlement total and collected together with the rest, in a single payment.
Leave someone's toggle off, and they stay with the unit instead. Their balance is not part of this settlement, and they carry over as part of the take-over for whoever the home is transferring to.
There's a short reminder built right into the card: ticked accounts leave together and are settled below; anyone left unticked stays with the unit. Take a moment to get this right before you move on to the balance, since it decides whose charges are actually included in the number you're about to collect.
