Does a recurring entry ever land as a draft I have to review? No. Every generated entry, whether from the regular cadence or from Run Now, posts straight to the general ledger the moment it generates. There is no draft or review step.
How do I end a recurrence? When you create or edit a recurring entry, the Ends setting controls this: Never keeps it running until you pause or delete it, On a date stops it after a chosen end date, and After N occurrences stops it after a set number of entries (you enter the count and URBI shows you the resulting end date).
Does Run Now change my schedule's regular cadence? No. Run Now posts (or drafts) an extra, one-off entry right away. Your schedule's normal next-run date is unaffected, so the regular cadence continues exactly as before.
What happens to entries a schedule already generated if I delete it? They stay in your ledger untouched. Deleting a schedule only stops it from generating new entries going forward; it never removes history.
Can board members create or edit a recurring schedule? No. Board accounts can view schedules and every entry they generate, but creating, editing, pausing, resuming, and deleting a schedule are staff/PM-only actions.
Why did my schedule stop running on its own? URBI automatically pauses a schedule after 3 consecutive failed generation attempts, for example if an account on its template was deactivated. Fix the underlying issue on the template, then use Resume to start it again.
Does a schedule keep the property's timezone in sync automatically? Yes. A schedule's timezone is derived from the property's location when it is created; there is nothing to configure.
