Leasing and occupancy reports are available under Accounting > Reports. These reports only appear for properties that have active leases configured -- if a property has no leases, the cards will not show. The residential rental reports (Rent Roll, Security Deposit Ledger, Lease Expiration, Lease Renewal, Vacancy & Occupancy) are available for residential rental properties only and are hidden on commercial, condo, and education properties. The commercial report (Occupancy Cost per Unit) is shown on commercial properties only.
All reports in this section require a KORE subscription tier or higher.

The Rent Roll gives you a full snapshot of all current leases at a property -- including each unit, the tenant, the monthly rent amount, lease start and end dates, and current occupancy status. It is the go-to report for confirming what rent is owed and who is in each unit at a point in time. This report prints in landscape orientation.
Who can see it: Staff, PM, and board members on residential rental properties. Requires the property to have leases. Hidden on commercial, condo, and education properties.
The Security Deposit Ledger shows every deposit held across units and leases -- the amount collected, the date received, and any amounts returned or applied. Use it to reconcile deposit liability and confirm nothing has been held longer than required by local rules. This report prints in landscape orientation.
Deposits with no lease behind them are now included. A deposit that could not be matched to a lease, for example one collected through an amenity booking, used to be silently dropped from this report. It is now shown alongside the lease-attached deposits, so the total held here now reflects all deposit money the property is holding, not only the portion tied to a lease.
Who can see it: Staff, PM, and board members on residential rental properties. Requires the property to have leases. Hidden on commercial, condo, and education properties.
The Lease Expiration report lists all leases that are approaching their end date, sorted by expiry. It gives you a forward-looking view of which units will need renewal offers or re-listing so you can plan ahead and avoid unexpected vacancies. This report prints in landscape orientation.
Who can see it: Staff, PM, and board members on residential rental properties. Requires the property to have leases. Hidden on commercial, condo, and education properties.
The Lease Renewal Report shows leases that are eligible for renewal and tracks the status of each -- whether a renewal offer has been sent, accepted, declined, or is still pending. It helps you manage the renewal pipeline without relying on spreadsheets or manual reminders. This report prints in landscape orientation.
Who can see it: Staff, PM, and board members on residential rental properties. Requires the property to have leases. Hidden on commercial, condo, and education properties.
The Vacancy & Occupancy report shows which units are currently occupied and which are vacant, along with the overall occupancy rate for the property. It provides a quick health check on how fully leased a property is at any given time. This report prints in landscape orientation.
Collected rent now means money received, not money invoiced. This figure used to count what had been billed, whether or not it had actually come in. On live data, a vacant unit showed $7,583.29 as collected because the old figure counted an invoiced amount rather than a payment. Refunded or voided money no longer counts as collected either. Because this report can now show collections falling short of what was invoiced, it can surface a shortfall for the first time, where before it never could.
| Version | Collected shown |
| Old report | $7,583.29 |
| Corrected report | $0.00 |

The Occupancy Cost per Unit report calculates and allocates total occupancy-related costs (such as common area maintenance, utilities, and base rent) across each commercial unit. It is designed for commercial lease structures where costs are distributed based on square footage or other allocation methods. This report prints in landscape orientation.
