Who Can Do This

Settling a departing balance is available to staff, board members, and property managers who already have access to manage leases and transfers on that property. There's no extra, separate permission just for this step beyond what you'd already need to start and work through an ownership transfer in the first place.

This is a Kore-only action. It isn't available to residents, and there's no version of it on the resident app.

If your access to manage leases and transfers on a property has been specifically restricted, this step won't be available to you there either. Ask an admin to check your access on that property if you expect to see it and don't.
