Once an expense is voided, it moves out of your everyday list so it doesn't clutter your active totals, but it is never hidden for good. This article shows you where to find it.
Your default expenses list, and the summary totals at the top of the page, are meant to reflect what's actually outstanding or paid right now. Since a voided expense is neither, it is left out automatically, and its dollar amount is left out of your totals too. This keeps your at-a-glance numbers accurate.
The list will now show every voided expense. From here you can open any one of them to see its full history, including the reason it was voided and who voided it.
To go back to your regular view, clear the Status filter or select All. Voided expenses will drop back out of view, as expected.
