On eligible properties, URBI can suggest a balanced journal entry to help clear an account's reconciliation difference, so you don't have to build it from scratch. You still decide what actually posts.
Applies to: PREMIUM properties with a connected bank feed that's syncing normally. KORE properties, or a PREMIUM property whose bank connection has gone stale, balance manually instead. Everything else about reconciling and closing an account works exactly the same either way.
While you're working in an account's workspace, if AI assist is available, suggested adjusting entries stream in to help explain the account's current difference. Each suggestion is a fully balanced journal entry, not a one-sided guess.
If your difference is already at $0.00, there's nothing to suggest, and you'll see that reflected in the workspace.
Each suggestion gives you two choices:
Either way, nothing posts until you take the action. AI assist never posts a suggestion on its own.
If your property is on KORE, or your PREMIUM property's bank connection isn't syncing, you won't see AI suggestions. Reconciling and closing an account works the same way manually: match your bank lines, then use Add JE, Correct, or Void to clear the difference. See How to Reconcile and Close a Cash Account.
