The General Ledger page lets you narrow the list of journal entries so you can find exactly what you need. You can filter by date, status, who created an entry, the journal source, fund type, account, and whether an entry has been reconciled.
Who can use it: Staff, property managers, and board members with accounting access.
Where to find it: Open Accounting → General Ledger, then click Filters to open the filter panel on the right.
By default the General Ledger shows all dates, nothing is hidden when you open the page. As you apply filters, the list narrows immediately, and the results stay filtered even as you scroll and more entries load.
