  1. Open the report you want to review.
  2. Select Columns in the report toolbar.

The Columns control is beside Export.

  1. Select or clear the columns you want to show. Account is always visible.
  2. Select Apply. The report and its exports use the same selected columns in the same order.

Choose visible columns, then apply your selection.

✓ Account Always visible
✓ Beginning
✓ Debit
✓ Credit
✓ Ending
Apply

In Trial Balance, the standard layout includes Account, Beginning, Debit, Credit, and Ending. The totals row shows whether Debit and Credit are Balanced.
