No. A draft is invisible everywhere they can look: the portal, the phone app, statements, aging reports, balances, reminders and any AI answer. It also cannot be added to an invoice. Nothing about a draft leaves the building until you release it.
Deciding means they can say no, and saying no stops the charge. Confirming means the charge is going ahead either way, and you are recording that they were told. Use confirm for things that are not negotiable, like a fee the rules already require. Use decide when they genuinely have a choice.
You have to pick one every time you send a charge. There is no default, on purpose.
If you set a deadline when you asked for a confirmation, the charge bills itself when the date passes. If you did not, it waits. Those charges collect in their own group in the Charges tab, where you can chase them or bill them anyway.
A charge sent as a decision follows the same reminder schedule an approval request has always used.
They are told it changed, with the old and new values and the date it changed. The same request updates in place: they are not asked a second, separate question, and any earlier answer no longer applies to the new version.
You can discard a draft, which removes it. A charge that has been released is voided rather than deleted, so the record of it stays.
Their reason is saved on the charge and shown right there when you open it. From there you can void the charge, or create a replacement that copies the same details (unit, amount, description, category, tax) so you only need to pick a new due date. The original stays in your records; declining never deletes anything.
Two different things can stop you. Either the charge itself is finished, in which case nobody can change it, or your accounting access is read-only, in which case you can read any charge but not edit, release or discard one.
The charge is still a draft. Release it and the option becomes available.
Your browser blocked the pop-up. The message stays on screen until you dismiss it and offers a Retry, which usually works once you have allowed pop-ups for URBI.
That is a filter result, not an empty ledger. Use Clear filters to see everything again. The date filter on the Charges tab searches the due date, so a charge entered months ago but due next week appears under next week.
No. Only the first charge a schedule raises asks anything. Every later one goes out quietly. If the person declines that first charge, the whole schedule stops.
