URBI sends a weekly reminder when bills are still waiting for review. It is for people with permission to manage expenses who would not otherwise be told about those waiting bills.
If you manage expenses for more than one property, URBI combines every property you are responsible for into one email. You do not receive a separate reminder for each property.
Review the reminder
- Open the weekly reminder email.
- Review the properties and waiting bills included in it. You only see properties where you have permission to manage expenses.
One reminder groups the person's responsible properties together.

- Open URBI, select the named property, then go to Accounting > Expenses > HERO Receipts > Queue.
- Open each waiting bill, check the details, and complete the normal review.
The Queue holds the bills named in the reminder until someone reviews them.

The reminder does not approve, create, or post an expense. Each bill stays in the Queue until a person reviews it.
