Resident combined payments, staff overview

Combined payments let a resident authorize one card charge for two or more eligible obligations. Bill History can combine invoices. Arthur can combine invoices with an amenity payment or event-ticket purchase.

The feature applies only to supported accounting-enabled properties. It is a resident experience; there is no staff-facing bundle screen and no resident manual-payment option.

What staff will see

Each obligation still appears where it always has:

• invoices and their payment allocations in invoice history;
• canonical journal entries in JE history;
• mutations in accounting audit history;
• amenity settlement in the booking;
• event payment and tickets in the event order.

Those records may share one provider charge/PaymentIntent reference. That does not merge their accounting or make the records less independently refundable.

Payment methods and fees

Residents can use a card, or Apple Pay/Google Pay when supported by their device. ACH, PAD, and manual payment are not part of combined payment.

The resident surcharge is disclosed once and calculated only against the invoice subtotal. The provider's actual processing fee is accounted for once at charge level.
