When you create an invoice, you can now choose which general ledger account it posts to, instead of it always going to the standard Accounts Receivable account.
The choice lives right in the invoice drawer, on the same line where the invoice's journal entry preview already shows what will be recorded. Open the account picker on that line and you'll see two groups:
By default, the picker is already set to your property's standard Accounts Receivable account, so if you never touch it, nothing about invoice creation changes.
Who can use it: Staff and property managers who can create invoices. This does not change who can view or approve invoices.
Where to find it: Open Create Invoice from the Accounting dashboard or an existing billing account, and look at the Journal Entry Preview panel in the invoice drawer.
See Choosing Which Account an Invoice Posts To, Recording an Invoice That Was Already Paid, and Changing the Account on a Draft Invoice for the exact steps.
