Where to Find Your Budget
Budget has moved. It used to appear as a card inside Property Settings → Accounting ; it now has its own tab in the Accounting menu, alongside Transactions, Expenses, Reports, and General Ledger....

Budget has moved. It used to appear as a card inside Property Settings → Accounting; it now has its own tab in the Accounting menu, alongside Transactions, Expenses, Reports, and General Ledger. Nothing about your budgets themselves changed. The same budgets, performance views, and reallocation tools are all still there, just easier to reach.
Who can see it: Any staff member, property manager, or board member with budget access on a KORE or PREMIUM property (the same people who could open Budget before). If your property is on the BASIC plan, or your role doesn't include budget access, the Budget tab won't appear.
Getting to Budget
- Open Accounting from the main menu.
- In the Accounting tab bar at the top, click Budget.
You'll land on the same budget list, performance, and reallocation tools you used before.
A faster shortcut
You can also jump straight to Budget from anywhere using the command palette: press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows), type "Budget", and select it.
What if I don't see the Budget tab?
- Your property may be on the BASIC plan. Budget is available on KORE and PREMIUM. Contact your administrator about upgrading.
- Your role may not include budget access. Ask a property manager to check your accounting permissions.
- You're looking in the old place. The Budget card was removed from Property Settings → Accounting. Use the Accounting menu instead.
