Receivables reports track what residents, owners, and tenants owe the property -- from overdue balances and late fees to prepaid credits and installment schedules. All reports in this category require accounting to be enabled on the property and are available on the KORE tier and above. Open them from Accounting > Reports and select the relevant property.

AR Aging

The AR Aging report shows every open receivable balance grouped into age buckets -- current, 1-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, and 90+ days past due. It gives a fast snapshot of how much is owed and how long it has been outstanding across all accounts.

Each row shows the unit or resident name and the account name (in full, not as an internal ID), with the balance in each aging bucket and a total outstanding on the right.

Who can see it: All staff, PM, and board members with accounting access on the property. Available on KORE and above.

PDF orientation: Landscape.

Data warning: None.

Delinquency Report

The Delinquency Report lists every account that is past due for the selected period, showing the balance owed, the oldest unpaid charge date, and any payment plan status. It is designed to support collections follow-up and board reporting.

Who can see it: All staff, PM, and board members with accounting access on the property. Available on KORE and above.

PDF orientation: Landscape.

Data warning: None.

Late Fee Report

The Late Fee Report lists all late fees assessed in the chosen date range, with the account name, the original charge date that triggered the fee, the fee amount, and current payment status. Use it to review fee activity or reconcile late-fee income for the period.

Who can see it: All staff, PM, and board members with accounting access on the property. Available on KORE and above.

PDF orientation: Landscape.

Data warning: None.

Prepaid Assessments

The Prepaid Assessments report shows credits and advance payments that are currently held on account and have not yet been applied to a charge. It helps ensure prepaid balances are recognized in the right period and not left sitting indefinitely.

Who can see it: All staff, PM, and board members with accounting access on the property. Available on KORE and above.

PDF orientation: Portrait.

Data warning: None.

Fines & Violations Ledger

The Fines & Violations Ledger lists all fines and violation charges posted to accounts in the selected period, including the violation type, the date issued, the amount, and current payment status. It supports enforcement tracking and can be used as a reference for board review.

Who can see it: All staff, PM, and board members with accounting access on the property. Available on KORE and above.

PDF orientation: Landscape.

Data warning: None.

Assessment Installments

The Assessment Installments report shows the full installment schedule for any active special assessments -- each installment's due date, amount, and whether it has been paid, partially paid, or is outstanding. It is useful for tracking progress on multi-period special assessments and providing payment history to the board.

Who can see it: All staff, PM, and board members with accounting access on the property. Available on KORE and above.

PDF orientation: Landscape.

Data warning: None.

Amenity Bookings & Events

The Amenity Bookings & Events report summarizes revenue collected from amenity bookings and ticketed events in the selected period, broken down by amenity or event name, booking count, and total revenue. It is helpful for understanding which amenities are generating income and for reconciling booking deposits.

Who can see it: All staff, PM, and board members with accounting access on the property. Available on KORE and above. This report card is hidden for properties that have no bookable amenities or events configured.

PDF orientation: Landscape.

Data warning: None.
