The Contractor Portal is a private online workspace for the companies that do work for a property, such as plumbers, electricians, and cleaning companies. It is where you see the jobs your company has been assigned, submit invoices for completed work, track when you will get paid, and manage your bank details for payouts.

You get access when the property adds your company and your email address to its records. There is nothing to sign up for. Once your email is on file, you can sign in at any time using that same address.

You reach the portal from the link the property shared with you, usually by email. If you do not have it, ask the property for it.

Signing in does not use a password. You enter your email address and URBI sends a one-time code to type in. See "Signing in" for the full walkthrough.

Everything in the portal is scoped to your company. If you work with more than one property, or more than one contractor company, you can switch between them from inside the portal without signing in again.
