Once you sign in, you land on the Service Tickets tab. This is where every job your company has been assigned, or asked to quote on, shows up. (Depending on the property, this tab may be labeled a little differently, such as "Maintenance Requests".)
Use the search box to look up a job by its title, ID, or property name. Below the search box, filter chips let you narrow the list to a particular stage: All, Open, In progress, Awaiting invoice, Awaiting sign-off, Completed, Paid, Closed. Each chip shows how many jobs are in that stage.
If your company works with more than one property, or you are a contact for more than one contractor company, a switcher above the list lets you view all your jobs together or narrow to one company at a time.
A job card as it appears in your list
Select View details on a card to expand it in place. This shows the job's description, its location, the service date, and, once one exists, the invoice reference tied to it. Select Hide details to collapse it again.
If the property emailed you a direct work order link for a job, an Open work order button also appears on the card. That opens the full job page, where you can log notes about the work and let the property know the job is done.
A job only shows Apply invoice once your company has actually been awarded the work, not while it is still just a request to quote. If you do not see the button on a job you expect to invoice, see "Troubleshooting."
For the full walkthrough of submitting an invoice against a job, see "Submitting an invoice."
