There is no password for the Contractor Portal. You sign in with the email address the property registered for your company and a one-time code that URBI emails to you.
1. Enter your email
Open the portal link and enter the email address the property has on file for your company. This must be the exact address your company was registered with, not just any address at your company.
Select Continue. If the address is recognized, an 8-digit code is on its way to that inbox. For privacy, the screen moves forward the same way whether or not the address is recognized, so a stranger cannot use this screen to guess which addresses are registered.

2. Enter the code
Check your inbox for a message with your 8-digit verification code. Type the digits into the boxes on screen. The code is valid for 10 minutes.
If you paste the code, it fills all the boxes at once. Select Verify & Sign In once every box is filled.

Codes expire, and you can ask for a new one
A code stops working 10 minutes after it is sent. If it expires, or you never received it, select Resend code on the verification screen, or go back and enter your email again to start over.
You get 5 tries to enter a code correctly. After 5 wrong attempts, that code is locked and you need to request a new one.
To keep your account safe, URBI limits you to 3 codes per hour for the same email address. If you hit that limit, wait a little while and try again.
How long you stay signed in
Once you are in, your session lasts 2 hours. A countdown in the top corner of the portal shows how much time is left, and you will see a warning in your last 10 minutes. When the session ends, you are returned to the sign-in screen and simply repeat these steps. You can also select Sign Out at any time to leave right away.
