The search bar above the Transactions table now doubles as a filter bar. You can still type a plain word to search, but you can also type the name of a filter, like status, date, amount, billing account or unit, and pick a value to add it as a chip right there in the bar. No need to open a separate panel first.
Who can use it: Any staff member, property manager or board member with accounting access to view transactions.
Where to find it: Go to Accounting > Transactions. The bar sits directly above the transactions table.
The filter sidebar next to the table still works exactly as before, with the same status, date, amount, billing account and unit fields. The two are always in sync: a filter you add in the sidebar shows up as a chip in the search bar, and a chip you add in the bar shows up checked in the sidebar. Use whichever one you prefer, or switch between them freely.
Once any filters are applied, a small count (for example "12 transactions") appears above the table so you always know how many results match.
