Use Review & Balance to check the staged import before it posts, then use Commit Import to finish it.
Review before committing
- Open Review & Balance.
- Review the summary and any items that still need attention.
- Select Resolve on GL Accounts, Resolve on Units, or Resolve on Vendors for the area that needs work.
- Open the opening-balance preview when needed. It groups balances by the account they will use.
- Open Held entries when shown. Review the reason for each held entry and select Exclude only if it should not be part of this import.
- When the import is ready, select Commit Import.
What you will see
Commit Import stays unavailable until the import is balanced and all required account, unit, and vendor work is resolved. During the commit, URBI shows the current phase and progress. On success, select Done.
If entries still need work
URBI shows A few entries still need your attention and confirms that nothing was posted. Select Return to Resolve step to finish the matching, then commit again. You can also choose Re-run matching for an uncommitted batch that needs current matching rules applied again.
If some entries fail
The Commit failed card shows how many journal entries posted, where the process stopped, and the error detail. Select Retry import to continue with the entries that failed. Entries that already posted are not posted again.
If the problem persists, use Reverse batch when it is offered to roll back what this import posted, or choose Re-run matching if the matching decisions need to be redone.
