Open Accounting in the left navigation, then select Reports. The page opens to the Reports Hub, a catalog of every report available for the selected property.

Reports are organized into cards grouped by category. Only the cards that apply to the currently selected property appear, so there is no clutter from reports that would never have data for that property. For example, a residential building will not see a CAM Reconciliation card, and a property with no leases will not see a Rent Roll card. Accounting must also be enabled for the property before any report cards appear.
The hub shows a loading skeleton while report data is being fetched, and a clear "Accounting not enabled" state if the property has not been set up for accounting yet.
Select Go to Accounting Settings from that state to open the Accounting Settings drawer for the selected property, where accounting can be set up.
| Category | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Core Financials | Trial Balance, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, and other foundational financial statements |
| Receivables | Outstanding charges, aging summaries, and collections tracking |
| Payables & Vendors | Vendor bills, payment runs, and outstanding payables |
| Budget & Reserves | Budget vs. actuals comparisons and reserve fund tracking |
| Cash & Forecasting | Cash movement summaries and bank-position snapshots |
| Governance | Board-ready summaries, audit trails, and approval logs |
| Leasing & Occupancy | Rent rolls, lease expiry schedules, and occupancy rates (properties with leases only) |
| Segment-specific | Reports that apply only to certain property types, such as CAM Reconciliation for commercial properties |
Clicking any report card opens it in a report shell with a controls bar at the top.

The Packages group in the Reports sidebar holds two tools that sit on top of individual reports. Both are also shown as cards on the hub.
Unit statements need a single property selected. The Generate Statements button in the sidebar footer also produces a ZIP of per-account statement PDFs for a period.

A related addition to the accounting module is the optional Charge Category field on charges. When a charge is tagged with a category, that label flows through into the relevant reports (such as the General Ledger and receivables reports), giving you a finer-grained view of what drives a line item.
